For dough-
300g maida (all purpose flour)
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup (100ml) oil
For stuffing-
3 Cups finely chopped onions
1 boiled potato
1/2 cup gram flour (besan)
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp cumin seed (jeera)
1 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 tsp haldi powder (turmeric)
2 tbsp red chilli powder
1 tsp garam masala
2 green chilli chopped
1 tbsp aamchur powder (dry mango powder)
