Ingredients –
6-8 bread slices
250 ml milk
Chopped dry fruits
Cardamom powder
Saffron soaked in milk
1/2 cup Fresh Malai / cream
2 tbsp Milk Powder
3 tbsp Sugar
Method –
Mix 2 tbsp sugar, milk powder, soaked saffron, dry fruits, cardamom powder in milk. Keep aside.
Remove bread sides with the help of a knife. Mix 1 tbsp sugar in malai. Apply sweet malai on a bread slice, spread evenly. Cover it with second bread slice. Prepare all the sandwiches in the same way. Cut in 4 equal parts. Place all sandwich pieces in a flat bottomed glass dish. Pour flavoured milk over the sandwich pieces. Garnish with dry fruits, serve chilled.
