Ingredients – 150 gram uraddal Almonds cashews pistachio 100 gram ghee 150 gram gud / jaggery 1/4 cup edible gond 10 whole black pepper corns 1/2 cup dry coconut (grated) 100 gram khoya Method- Clean urad dal with a kitchen napkin. Transfer in a mixture and prepare a fine powder.Sieve and take in a bowl. Add 1tbsp ghee and hot milk in the urad dal flour. Mix and keep aside. Meanwhile grind edible gum in a mixer jar. Keep aside. Roughly crush whole black pepper in a mortar. Keep aside. Add ghee in a kadai, adddal flour and roast on low flame for 10 -12 minutes. Add edible gum powder in roasted dal and cook (fry)nicely. Add nuts, khoya, black pepper and mix nicely. Now take a pan, add1 tsp ghee and add jaggery, melt on low flame. Add melted jaggery in dal + nuts mixture, prepare laddus or can mould them in a spoon shape mould as shown in the video. This is a well-known healthy and tasty winter special mithai.
