2 cups wheat flour (genhu ka aata)
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp turmeric
1 tsp clarified butter (ghee/ oil)
For stuffing-
1 cup split chickpea (chane ki dal)
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup jaggery
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
Ghee/ oil
