For kofta-
1 cup finely chopped cabbage
1cup finely chopped carrots
2 medium size boiled and mashed potatoes
1tbsp kasoori methi
Fresh coriander
1tsp coriander powder
1tsp red chili powder
1 tsp roasted cumin powder
1 tsp black pepper powder
1 tbsp chopped ginger
1 tbsp chopped green chilis
1/4cup corn flour
1/4 cup Besan
1tsp salt For slurry –
2 tbsp maida
2tbsp Corn flour
1/4 tsp salt
Method – Mix all ingredients in a vessel. Prepare cylindrical shape kebabs. Roll them in corn flour, remove excess corn flour, fry them in medium hot oil on medium flame.
