Ingredients –
2tbsp toor dal (pigeon pea)
2 tbsp Urad dal (split and dehusked black gram)
2 tbsp yellow moong dal (yellow and dehusked moong lentil)
2 tbsp chane ki dal (split gram lentil)
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
For tempering –
1 chopped onion
2 chopped green chilli
1 inch grated ginger
1 tbsp minced garlic
50 gram khoya/mawa
50 gram paneer
2 tbsp ghee (clarified butter)
2 chopped tomato
2 bay leaves
8-10 cashews and almonds
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp kashmiri red chili powder
Fresh green coriander
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 cup fresh cream / malai
