200gram grated paneer

2tbsp Besan
2tbsp oil
1tsp cumin seeds
1 tbsp kasoori methi
1 tbsp red chili powder
1/2 cup curd
For second step
1tbsp oil
1 tbsp butterchopped green chilis
1 cup finely chopped onion
1 tbsp ginger chili garlic paste
1 tsp red chili powder
1tsp coriander powder
1 tsp roasted cumin powder
1 tsp pav bhaji masala
1tsp amchur powder
1 tsp garam masala
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 cup finely chopped tomatoes
For final step –
Sliced onions
Sliced tomatoes
Sliced green chilis
Ginger Julianne
Fresh coriander
Method –
Roast besan for 2 minutes on low flame. Take out from the pan, add 2 tbsp oil in the same pan. Add cumin seeds and kasoori methi and cook for few seconds. Add red chili powder, and add roasted besan, mixand add 1/2 cup curd and cook for a minute. Add 1 glass of water and cook for 3-4 minutes and keep aside.
Heat another pan, add oil and butter, add chopped green chilis, chopped onions, and cook for few minutes, add all spices which are mentioned in the ingredients list. Cook for 1 minute. Add chopped tomatoes, salt and cook on low flame, add water and cover with lid, cook for 3-4 minutes. Uncover and add prepared gravy and mix, Allow to cook on low flame for 5 minutes, add grated paneer, ginger julienne, onion slices, tomatoes slices, green chilis, cook for 2-3 minutes. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve with roti, paratha, bread, kulcha or naan.
