राजस्थान फेमस बाटी बनाना हुआ आसान | कड़ाई में बनाये परफेक्ट बाटी Rajasthn Famous Bati Food Connection

Ingredients –
2 Cup course wheat flour
2 tbsp Ghee
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Ajwain
A pinch of baking soda
Method –
Mix all ingredients in a vessel, prepare a tight dough using luke warm water. Don’t make the dough smooth. Make big balls from the dough. Place a wok on low flame, preheat for 5 minutes, place a ring in wok. Now keep a metal plate over it, and place prepared batis on plate. Cover and cook on low flame for 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes, flip the batis and allow to cook for more 8-10 minutes,
Remove from kadai and dip in desi ghee and enjoy with panchmel dal.
