1kg ash gourd
150g sugar
A Pinch of food colour
For stuffing –
1/2 Cup milk powder
1/4 cup milk
1 Tsp clarified butter
1 Tbsp chopped mix dry fruits
1 Tbsp Gulkand (rose petal jam)
1 Tbsp dry paan masala (Dry betel mix)
