बिना घी मावे चाशनी से बनाये ताज़ा नारियल से हलवाई जैसी बर्फी Fresh Coconut Barfi | No Khoya No Syrup

Ingredients –
2 fresh coconuts
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup fresh malai
1 tsp cardamom

Method –
Peel brown part / peel from the fresh coconuts, cut in thin slices.
Add in a mixer jar and grind, make sure there are no big pieces of coconut.
Transfer coconut in a pan and dry roast for 2 minutes. Add sugar and cook for 2 minutes. Add malai and cook till sugar dissolves properly and the mixture comes together in pan. Switch off the flame, add cardamom powder.
Transfer in a greased tray, flatten and keep aside for 2-3 hours. Cut in square pieces and enjoy !!
