Garlic – ಬೆಳ್ಳುಳ್ಳಿ – लहसुन – 2 cloves
Ginger – ಶುಂಠಿ – अदरक – 1 inch
Coriander/Cilantro – ಕೊತ್ತಂಬರಿ – धनिया
Onion – ಈರುಳ್ಳಿ – प्याज – 1/2
Tomato – ಟೊಮೆಟೊ – टमाटर – 1
Green Chili – ಹಸಿರು ಮೆಣಸಿನಕಾಯಿ – हरी मिर्च – 2
Mint – ಪುದೀನಾ – पुदीना

Masala Powder:
Black Pepper – ಕರಿಮೆಣಸು – काली मिर्च – 1/2 tbs
Cardamom – ಏಲಕ್ಕಿ – इलायची – 2
Cloves – ಲವಂಗ – लौंग – 5 to 6
Cinnamon – ಚಕ್ಕೆ – दालचीनी – 1 inch

Other:
Ghee – ತುಪ್ಪ – घी – 3 tbs
Cashew – ಗೋಡಂಬಿ – काजू
Onion – ಈರುಳ್ಳಿ – प्याज – 1
Green Beans – ಬೀನ್ಸ್ – बीन्स
Potato – ಆಲೂಗಡ್ಡೆ – आलू – 2
Carrot – ಕ್ಯಾರಟ್ – गाजर – 1
Peas – ಬಟಾಣಿ – मटर – 1/2 cup
Cauliflower – ಹೂಕೋಸು – फूल गोभी – 1/2
Basmati Rice – ಬಾಸುಮತಿ ಅಕ್ಕಿ – बासमती चावल – 1.5 cups
Salt to taste – ಉಪ್ಪು ರುಚಿಗೆ ತಕ್ಕಷ್ಟು – नमक स्वादअनुसार
Water – ನೀರು – पानी – 2.5 cups
