Green Moong Dal – ಹೆಸರು ಕಾಳು – हरी मूंग दाल – 1 cup
Rice – ಅಕ್ಕಿ – चावल – 1/4 cup
Spinach – ಪಾಲಕ್ – पालक – hand full
Green Chili – ಹಸಿರು ಮೆಣಸಿನಕಾಯಿ – हरी मिर्च – 2
Ginger Garlic Paste – ಶುಂಠಿ ಬೆಳ್ಳುಳ್ಳಿ ಪೇಸ್ಟ್ – अदरक लहसुन का पेस्ट – 1 tbs
Ghee – ತುಪ್ಪ – घी – 1 tbs
