Butter – ಬೆಣ್ಣೆ – मक्खन – 1 and 1/2 tbs
Bay Leaf – ಲವಂಗದ ಎಲೆ – तेज पत्ता – 1
Cinnamon – ಚಕ್ಕೆ – दालचीनी – 1 big piece
Cloves – ಲವಂಗ – लौंग – 3
Cashew – ಗೋಡಂಬಿ – काजू – 10 to 15
Fennel Seeds – ಸೋಂಪು – सौंफ – 1 tbs
Onion – ಈರುಳ್ಳಿ – प्याज – 1
Tomato – ಟೊಮೆಟೊ – टमाटर – 2
OTHER INGREDIENTS
Butter – ಬೆಣ್ಣೆ – मक्खन – 2 tbs
Paneer – ಪನ್ನೀರ್ – पनीर – 100gm
Cumin Seeds – ಜೀರಿಗೆ – जीरा – 1 tbs
Turmeric Powder – ಅರಿಶಿನ ಪುಡಿ – हल्दी – 1 tbs
Chili Powder – ಮೆಣಸಿನ ಪುಡಿ – लाल मिर्च का पाउडर – 1 tbs
Chaat Masala Powder- ಚಾಟ್ ಮಸಾಲ ಪುಡಿ – चाट मसाला पाउडर – 1 tbs
Garam Masala Powder – ಗರಂ ಮಸಾಲ ಪುಡಿ – गरम मसाला पाउडर – 1 tbs
Salt to taste – ಉಪ್ಪು ರುಚಿಗೆ ತಕ್ಕಷ್ಟು – नमक स्वादअनुसार
Cream – ಕ್ರೀಮ್ – क्रीम – 2 tbs
Coriander/Cilantro – ಕೊತ್ತಂಬರಿ – धनिया – 2 tbs
