Palak Paneer पालक पनीर | Perfect Punjabi Style Palak Paneer Recipe

Palak paneer is a vegetarian dish originating from the Indian subcontinent, consisting of paneer in a thick paste made from puréed spinach and seasoned with ginger, garlic, garam masala, and other spices.

Ingredients – ಸಾಮಗ್ರಿಗಳು – सामग्रियां :

Spinach – ಪಾಲಕ್ – पालक – 2 and 1/2 bunch
Ghee – ತುಪ್ಪ – घी – 5 tbs
Ginger – ಶುಂಠಿ – अदरक – 2 inch
Garlic – ಬೆಳ್ಳುಳ್ಳಿ – लहसुन – 2 cloves
Cloves – ಲವಂಗ – लौंग – 2
Black Pepper – ಕರಿಮೆಣಸು – काली मिर्च – 5
Bay Leaf – ಲವಂಗದ ಎಲೆ – तेज पत्ता – 1
Cumin Seeds – ಜೀರಿಗೆ – जीरा – 2 tbs
Asafoetida – ಹಿಂಗ್ – हींग – 1 pinch
Onion – ಈರುಳ್ಳಿ – प्याज – 1, finely chopped
Green Chili Paste – ಹಸಿರು ಮೆಣಸಿನಕಾಯಿ ಪೇಸ್ಟ್ – हरी मिर्च पेस्ट – 3
Kasuri Methi(Dried Fenugreek Leaves) – ಕಸೂರಿ ಮೆಥಿ(ಒಣ ಮೆಂತೆ ಸೊಪ್ಪು) – कसूरी मेथी – 1 tbs
Coriander Powder – ಕೊತ್ತಂಬರಿ ಪುಡಿ – धनिया पाउडर – 1 tbs
Amchoor Powder- ಒಣ ಮಾವಿನ ಪುಡಿ – अमचूर पाउडर – 1 tbs
Turmeric Powder – ಅರಿಶಿನ ಪುಡಿ – हल्दी – 1/2 tbs
Salt – ಉಪ್ಪು – नमक – to taste
Tomato – ಟೊಮೆಟೊ –  टमाटर – 1, finely chopped
Paneer – ಪನ್ನೀರ್ – पनीर – 100 g
Chili Powder – ಮೆಣಸಿನ ಪುಡಿ – लाल मिर्च का पाउडर – 1 tbs
