Ingredients – ಸಾಮಗ್ರಿಗಳು – सामग्रियां :

Rice Flour – ಅಕ್ಕಿ ಹಿಟ್ಟು – चावल का आटा – 2.5 cups
Onion – ಈರುಳ್ಳಿ – प्याज – 1, finely chopped
Dill – ಸಬ್ಬಸಿಗೆ ಸೊಪ್ಪು – सोआ – 1 bunch
Carrot – ಕ್ಯಾರಟ್ – गाजर – 1, grated
Cucumber – ಸೌತೆಕಾಯಿ – खीरा – 1, grated
Roasted Peanuts – ಹುರಿದ ಕಡಲೆಬೀಜ – भुनी हुई मूंगफली – 3 tbs, crushed
Green Chili – ಹಸಿರು ಮೆಣಸಿನಕಾಯಿ – हरी मिर्च – 2, finely chopped
Curry Leaves – ಕರಿಬೇವು – करी पत्ता – 2 tbs, chopped
Coriander/Cilantro – ಕೊತ್ತಂಬರಿ – धनिया – chopped
Grated Coconut – ತುರಿದ ತೆಂಗಿನಕಾಯಿ – किसा हुआ नारियल – 1/4th cup
Cumin Seeds – ಜೀರಿಗೆ – जीरा – 1 tbs
Salt – ಉಪ್ಪು – नमक – to taste
Oil – ಎಣ್ಣೆ – तेल – 1/4th cup
