Coconut Chutney

Coconut Chutney is Indian chutney/paste commonly served with Idli, Dosa, Vada, Pongal and any other dishes.

Ingredients:
Roasted Peanuts – 1/2 cup
Fried Grams – 2 tbs
Green Chili – 3
Tamarind – small piece
Coconut – 1 cup
Coriander
Salt to taste

TEMPARING:
Oil – 2 tbs
Mustard Seeds – 1 tbs
Cumin Seeds – 1 tbs
Hing/Asafoetida – 1 pinch
Dry Red Chili – 1
