Ingredients – ಸಾಮಗ್ರಿಗಳು – सामग्रियां :

Bitter Gourd/Bitter Melon – ಹಾಗಲಕಾಯಿ – करेला – 3
Oil – ಎಣ್ಣೆ – तेल – 6 tbs
Onion – ಈರುಳ್ಳಿ – प्याज – 1/2, thinly sliced
Tomato – ಟೊಮೆಟೊ –  टमाटर – 1, finely chopped
Turmeric Powder – ಅರಿಶಿನ ಪುಡಿ – हल्दी – 1/2 tbs
Chili Powder – ಮೆಣಸಿನ ಪುಡಿ – लाल मिर्च का पाउडर – 1/2 tbs
Salt to taste – ಉಪ್ಪು ರುಚಿಗೆ ತಕ್ಕಷ್ಟು – नमक स्वादअनुसार
Cumin Seeds – ಜೀರಿಗೆ – जीरा – 1 tbs
Mustard Seeds – ಸಾಸಿವೆ – सरसों के बीज – 1 tbs
Jaggery – ಬೆಲ್ಲ – गुड़ – 3 tbs, crushed
Coriander/Cilantro – ಕೊತ್ತಂಬರಿ – धनिया
Curry Leaves – ಕರಿಬೇವು – करी पत्ता
