Coriander – 2 tbs, finely chopped
Salt – to taste
Chaat Masala- 1 tbs
Cumin Powder – 1/2 tbs
Pepper Powder – 1/2 tbs
Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tbs
Chili Powder – 1/2 tbs
Coriander Powder – 1/2 tbs
Amchur(Dry Mango) Powder – 1/2 tbs
Lemon Juice – 2 tbs
Oil – to roast patties
