Honey Cheese Cake

Ingredients – ಸಾಮಗ್ರಿಗಳು – सामग्रियां :

Parle G Biscuits – 2 packs
Butter – ಬೆಣ್ಣೆ – मक्खन – 100 g
Cream Cheese – 200g
Powdered Sugar – ಸಕ್ಕರೆ ಪುಡಿ – चीनी पाउडर – 1/2 cup
Honey – ಜೇನುತುಪ್ಪ – मधु(शहद) – 3 tbs
Heavy Whipping Cream – ದಪ್ಪಗಿನ ವಿಪ್ಪಿಂಗ್ ಕ್ರೀಮ್ – हैवी विप्पिंग क्रीम – 200 g
Food Color – 1 tbs

Agar Agar Use:
Water – ನೀರು – पानी – 1 cup
Agar Agar Powder – 1 tbs
Add 1 tbs of Agar Agar powder to a cup of water and mix well. Bring the water to boil. Cook until the Agar Agar powder is completely dissolved.
