½ cup Onion
1 Green Chilli
¼ tsp. Mustard Seeds
¼ tsp. Cumin Seeds
½ Tbsp. Sugar
Curry Leaves (few)
Coriander (for garnishing)
1 ½ cups Water
1 Tbsp. Cooking Oil
Salt to Taste
Serves: 3 -4
Preparation Time: 10 mins
Kanda Poha
Ingredients:
1 cup Poha / Flattened Rice (medium)
1 cup Onion
1 Green Chilli
2 Tbsp. Raw Peanuts
¼ tsp. Turmeric Powder
¼ tsp. Cumin Seeds
¼ tsp. Mustard Seeds
Curry Leaves (few)
2 Tbsp. Cooking Oil
1 Tbsp. Sugar
Coriander (for garnishing)
Salt to Taste
Serves: 2 -3
Preparation Time: 10 mins
