  • I made this a few days ago but I also put in Bulche(Pig Stomach) and Tounge which is very easy to get at the very large Asian Supermarket near my home here in the US. I really would like to go to Goa someday some of my favorite Cuisine since I already love Portuguese Food and the various Indian Cuisines! It doesn't hurt that Goa has some of the most beautiful Women in the World. 😉

  • Rubbish. After boiling the heart, liver and fat needs to be fried with ample ginger & garlic finely cut juliennes. Keep aside. The ground masala are ok just cumin & whole coriander needs to be roasted before grinding. After cooking the fried stuff with wet masala a dash of sugar in the end is needed. Serve with fresh pav.

  • Can you substitute pork for another meat like lamb or chicken? I really like this recipe but some of my extended family cannot eat pork due to religious restrictions 🙁

  • I can't find Toddy vinegar here in the UK unless I buy it online so a better substitution is cider vinegar which is what I tend to use instead. And to Sperry below sugarcane vinegar is an excellent alternative. Just found this channel and subscribed right away. Love Goa and miss it so much. भारतीय लोग भारतीय भोजन 🙂

  • Is it necessary to parboil the pork?  Pork in the UK generally cooks in about 45 minutes.
