1 cup = 250 ml; Tbsp. = Tablespoon = 15 ml; tsp. = teaspoon = 5 ml; g = grams
Ingredients:
Batter:
1 cup Semolina (Suji / Sooji)
¾ cup Yogurt
½ tsp. baking soda (bicarbonate)
Ghee [Clarified Butter] (for greasing)
1 cup Water
Potato Filling:
350g Potatoes (boiled)
½ tsp. Ginger / Garlic Paste
1 small Green Chilli

¼ tsp. Turmeric Powder
¼ tsp. Red Chilli Powder
Coriander (for garnishing)
2 Tbsp. Cooking Oil
Salt to Taste
Coconut Chutney:
⅔ cup Grated Coconut
1 Garlic Clove
1 large Green Chilli
1 Tbsp. Roasted Chana Dal
¼ tsp. Cumin Seeds
Salt to Taste
Tempering:
½ tsp. Mustard Seeds
8 Curry Leaves
1 Dried Red Chilli
2 Tbsp. Cooking Oil
Serves: 6
