How to make Goan Style Tasty versatile Mince mixture for Stuffing which can be used in various recipes
►Easy and delicious multipurpose mild mince stuffing, cooked in spiced-onion mixture and garnished with fresh coriander

1 cup = 250 ml, Tbsp. = Tablespoon, tsp. = teaspoon
Ingredients:
500g Chicken Mince
1 cup Onions (chopped)
½ cup Tomato (deseeded & chopped)
¼ tsp. Turmeric Powder
½ Tbsp. Coriander Powder
1 ½ tsp. Garam Masala
½ tsp. Red Chilli Powder
1 Green Chilli (finely chopped)
½ Tbsp. Ginger / Garlic Paste
½ Tbsp. Lemon Juice
1 Egg
3 Tbsp. Fresh Coriander
3 Tbsp. Cooking Oil
Salt to Taste

Makes: 3 ¼ Cups
Preparation Time: 25 mins
