1 cup = 250 ml; Tbsp. = Tablespoon = 15 ml; tsp. = teaspoon = 5 ml; g = grams
Ingredients:
2 cups Plain Flour
⅔ cup Caster Sugar
1 Egg
2 Tbsp. Butter (cold)
2 pinches Salt
½ cup Coconut Milk
 
For Sugar Coating
1 cup Sugar (granulated)
4 Tbsp. Water

Makes: 690g
Preparation Time: 30 mins
