1 cup = 250 ml; Tbsp. = Tablespoon = 15 ml; tsp. = teaspoon = 5 ml; g = grams
Ingredients:
1 Kg Pork (boneless with fat)
1 ½ cups Onion
10 Dried Kashmiri Red Chillies
1″ Ginger
12 Garlic Cloves
1″ Cinnamon Stick
9 Cloves
6 Peppercorns
¼ tsp. Turmeric Powder
¼ tsp. Cumin Seeds
1 tsp. Sugar
⅓ cup + 2 Tbsp. Vinegar
2 Tbsp. Cooking Oil
½ Tbsp. Rock Salt
Serves: 6
Preparation Time: Cooking Time 30 mins (Refrigeration Time 5 hrs + 2 days)
