Slice Tin size: 34.5cm (L) x 24.5cm (W) x 2.5cm (H)
1 cup = 250 ml; Tbsp. = Tablespoon = 15 ml; tsp. = teaspoon = 5 ml; g = grams
Ingredients:
1 ½ cups Chana Dal
3 cups Sugar
3 cups Grated Coconut
2 tsp. Ghee [Clarified Butter]
1 tsp. Cardamom Powder
Salt to Taste

Makes: 1.270 Kg
Preparation Time: 70 mins (Cooling Time: 4 to 6 hrs)

  • My granny was saying me it is not ready you gave to wait for more minutes before removing we have to check with the tap of leaves if it is not stick to the leaf means it is ready.you applied ghee n did spread.its very soft dosh should not be soft nor a hard my granny says from south goa
