1 cup = 250 ml; Tbsp. = Tablespoon = 15 ml; tsp. = teaspoon = 5 ml
Ingredients:
½ cup Tur Dal [Split Pigeon Peas] (cleaned & washed)
⅔ cup Grated Coconut
½ cup Tomato (finely chopped)
½ cup Onion (finely chopped)
1 Tbsp. Coriander Seeds
¼ tsp. Cumin Seeds
2 Garlic Cloves
½ tsp. Turmeric Powder
½ tsp. Mustard Seeds
½ tsp. Cumin Seeds
8 Curry Leaves
1 Green Chilli
Coriander (for garnishing)
4 Tbsp. Cooking Oil
Salt to Taste
Serves: 6 -8
Preparation Time: 30 mins

Hi Fatima,it looks good,after I cook dal I put little lemon juice ketchup ,try my virgin, you may like, I cook more or less same , I add some chat masala n little gorom masala.
