►A traditional goan curry made with cauliflower and prawns, cooked in mild coconut milk curry
1 cup = 250ml, Tbsp. = Tablespoon, tsp. = teaspoon
Ingredients:
300g Cauliflower (cut into small florets)
200g Prawns (peeled, deveined & chopped)
2 cups Grated Coconut
½ cup Tomato (deseeded & chopped)
¾ cup Onions (finely chopped)
1 Tbsp. Coriander Seeds
3 Garlic Cloves
¼” Ginger
¼ tsp. Cumin Seeds
1 Green Chilli (slit)
8 Cloves
2″ Cinnamon Stick (broken)
1 tsp. Turmeric Powder
½ Tbsp. Tamarind Pulp
5 Tbsp. Cooking Oil
Salt to Taste
Serves: 4 -6
Preparation Time: 30 mins
