1 cup = 250 ml; Tbsp. = Tablespoon = 15 ml; tsp. = teaspoon = 5 ml; g = grams
Ingredients:
Red Masala Fried Fish
400g Fish
1 ½ Tbsp. Red Chilli Powder
½ tsp. Turmeric Powder
1 Tbsp. Plain Flour
½ Tbsp. Ginger / Garlic Paste
1 Tbsp. Lime Juice
Semolina (for coating)
Cooking Oil
Salt to Taste

Serves: 4
Preparation Time: 20 mins

Green Masala Fried Fish
400g Fish
1 large Green Chilli
1 tsp. Ginger / Garlic Paste
⅓ cup Coriander Leaves
1 tsp. Red Chilli Powder
¼ tsp. Turmeric Powder
2 Tbsp. Lime Juice
Semolina (for coating)
Cooking Oil
Salt to Taste

Serves: 4
