1 ½ cups Grated Coconut
1 cup Onion
½ cup Tomato
3 Dried Kashmiri Red Chillies
6 Dried Mango Slices
½” Cinnamon Stick
½ Tbsp. Coriander Seeds
¼ tsp. Turmeric Powder
2 pinches Cumin Seeds
4 Black Peppercorns
4 Cloves
Tamarind
2 Garlic Cloves
¼” Ginger
5 Tbsp. Cooking Oil
Salt to Taste
