Ingredients for Soft Dosa:
1 cup White Rice
½ cup Flattened Rice (Thick Poha)
2 Tbsp. Cooking Oil
1 cup Yogurt
¼ tsp. Baking Soda [Bicarbonate]
Ghee [Clarified Butter] (for greasing)
Salt to Taste
Makes: About 16
Preparation Time: 30 mins
Ingredients for Coconut Chutney:
1 cup Grated Coconut
2 Garlic Cloves
1 large Green Chilli
¼ tsp. Mustard Seeds
Cumin Seeds
½ cup Coriander Leaves
2 Dried Red Chillies
10 Curry Leaves
2 Tbsp. Cooking Oil
Salt to Taste
Makes: 1 ¼ Cups
Preparation Time: 20 mins
