1 cup = 250 ml; Tbsp. = Tablespoon = 15 ml; tsp. = teaspoon = 5 ml; g = grams
Ingredients:
2 cups Coconut (finely grated)
1 cup Semolina
1 cup Sugar
2 Egg Yolks
4 Tbsp. Plain Flour
1 Tbsp. Butter (room temperature)
½ tsp. Cardamom Powder
¼ tsp. Baking Powder
¼ cup Water
2 pinches Salt

Note :
1. Oven with 1650W Power Output was used to bake; baking time may vary depending on your Oven

Makes: 600g
Preparation Time: 10 mins + 20 mins to bake
