½ tsp. Red Chilli Powder
¼ tsp. Turmeric Powder
½ tsp. Coriander Powder

4 Tbsp. Yogurt
½ tsp. Ginger / Garlic Paste
2 Tbsp. Lime Juice
2 Tbsp. Thickened Cream
1 ½ cups Onion
1 cup Tomato
1 large Green Chilli
10 Cashew Nuts
2 + 2 Tbsp. Butter
Kasuri Methi [Fenugreek Leaves] (dried) (for garnishing)
Cooking Oil
Salt to Taste
 
For Marination:
1 tsp. Red Chilli Powder
¼ tsp. Turmeric Powder
½ tsp. Coriander Powder
1 tsp. Garam Masala
1 Tbsp. Ginger / Garlic Paste
2 Tbsp. Thickened Cream
1 Tbsp. Oil
2 Tbsp. Lime Juice
1 tsp. Kasuri Methi [Fenugreek Leaves] (dried)

¼ tsp. Tandoori Colouring (optional)
