3.Use a salad plate instead of a dinner plate
4.The juice has more calories, ounce for ounce, as soda. Set a limit of one 8 oz glass of fruit juice per day.

I have some more tips :
Eat raw fruits and vegetables – cooking kills healthy enzymes.
When eating, focus on eating, not random thoughts.
Avoid fake sugars – aspartame, Nutrisweet, Sweet and Low.

    Diet Tips :-
    1. Don’t Be Afraid of Eggs
Eggs boost a salad’s staying power, and maybe your weight loss, too: in one study, dieters who ate eggs for breakfast felt full for longer and lost more than twice as much weight as those who got the same amount of calories from a bagel for breakfast.

    2. Fill Up On Soup
Research shows soup is highly satisfying. In one study, published in the journal Physiology & Behavior, people consumed the fewest calories on days when they ate soup.

    3. Turn Up The Heat
In one study, consuming a little hot pepper (in tomato juice or in capsules) 30 minutes before a meal helped study participants feel less hungry and eat about 10 percent less.

    4. Start Dinner With A Salad
Eating a first-course salad can reduce overall calorie intake at a meal by up to 12 percent, according to research out of Penn State.

    5. Use More Mushrooms
Research reports that when people ate mushroom-based entrees, they felt just as satisfied as when they’d eaten those same dishes made with beef—though they’d taken in a fraction of the calories and fat.
