Hi, i try to eat organic food. I managed to get organic soy beans in my country, are they safe? As i have read that soy can be bad for health. I eat about 150-200 grams of organic soybeans a day.

    Hi there!

I am also a believer in organic foods and always on the lookout for foods that are rich in essential minerals vitamins, proteins and anti-oxidants. For all those who are interested in raw, vegan food, I suggest they try Cacao and Acai products. These foods are rich in anti-oxidants and have tremendous positive effects. Go for it people!

Beans actually contain a wider range of healthy nutrients than most foods. These include calcium, potassium, vitamin B6, magnesium, folic acid, and alpha linolenic acid. These nutrients work together on several key areas of the body to promote overall health. Beans are also be good sources of complete proteins, which are rare in plants.
