2) Breakfast 8.00 to 10.00
=2 parathas(30rs) / 2 masala dosa (40rs)/

3) mid meal 11.00 to 12.00
= eat= chikki (10rs) +

What about working women?? 9-6 office time ho to aise pura din khate rehna namumkin h.. kuchh time saving breakfast, lunch and dinner diet bataye jo useful ho for non-veg hardgainer. Eagerly waiting for such diet plan.. and suggest a good appetizer too..
