OIL/Ghee: 1 Cup
Whole Wheat Flour: 1 Cup
Ginger paste: 1 Tbsp
Garlic Paste: 1 Tbsp
Already GROUND SPICES:
Salt: 1 to 2 Tbsp or to taste
Red Chili Powder: 1 to 2 Tbsp or to Taste
Kashmiri Chili Powder: 2 Tbsp
Fennel Powder: 4 Tbsp
Dried Ginger Powder: 2 Tbsp
Garlic Powder: 1 Tbsp
Coriander Powder: 1/2 Tbsp
WHOLE SPICES to be Fine Ground
Pipli: 4 Sticks
Ajwaine (Carom seeds) 1/2 Tsp
Black Pepper: 1/2 Tbsp
Cloves: 7
Cumin Seeds: 1 Tbsp
Black Cardamon Seeds: 1/2 Tsp
Green Cardamom: 6
Cinnamon Stick: 2″

  • Main masala konsa hai nahari ka qki apne nahari ki itni video daali hai ki confusion hone laga hai ab…please bataye ki asli masala konsa hai…qki apke har masale mai kuch naya ah jata hai or kuch poorana gayab hojata hai…pehlenapne bola tha ki pisa hua dhani nahari mai kabhi use nahi hota bas saboot dhania potli mai use hota hai and ab ap pisa hua dhania daal rahe hai…or ap kabhi paani ki matra nahi batate…

  • Aapka technique bohut aaccha hai. Even though this is a very rustic working class dish, there is still a lot of finesse in terms of the cooking techniques used. I have tried this with mutton and it came out astoundingly well.

    One issue that I face while making kacchi biryani (biryani where there is no korma prepared), the rice at the bottom gets burned or the rice gets soggy… any suggestions on how to improve or any video links.

  • I will definitely try this recipe… but… let me tell you my personal experience,I had eaten Zahid nihari quite a lot only few times luckily I saw them taking out quite a big potli of spices from degh, even they have pulling chain on top Of The degh to pullout the potli,and it was at Tariq road Shop, and Zahid Nihari old shop is in near impress Market Sadar Karachi,I believe this recipe of yours will be very testy too, same as your other Nihari recipe's, thanks you for sharing
