Chopped Ginger: 1 tbsp
Green chili whole: 4
Chopped Hara dhanya (Cilantro): 1/4 bunch
Whole Black Pepper: 10 to 15
Cloves: 7 to 10
Cinnamon stick: 1 of 2″
Bay Leaves: 2 small
Black Cardamom: 2
Star Anise: 1 crushed
Crushed Coriander seeds:1 to 2 tbsp (Depends how spicy U want)
Cumin Powder: 1/2 Tea spoon
Basic Garam Masalah: 1/2 to 1 Tea spoon (How spicy U want)
Red chili Powder: 1/2 to 1 Tbsp ((Depends how spicy you want)
Turmeric Powder: 1 Tbsp
Salt: 2 Tbsp or To taste.
