लखनवी जायके को यूं ही न बदनाम करो। बेहतर था कि पहले शाही टुकड़ा बनाने के विधि सीख लेते। शाही टुकड़ा की डबल रोटी भी अलग आती है, जो कि लखनऊ में "बंगाल बेकरी" में मिलती है। डबल रोटी को फ्राई करके दूध में पकाया जाता है। यह शाही टुकड़े कि authentic recipe नहीं है। यह दीगर बात है कि यह आप की खोजी हुई recipe है, जो कि बिलकुल ही वाहियात है।

i dont think so its authentic, because iam from Lucknow origin .This need to be cook with milk in the flat plater (seeni)
