Copyright Protected. INGREDIENTS: Mutton Qeema (or Beef Qeemah): 90% Lean: 1 Kg
Chane Ki Daal: 400 Gm
Salt: 1 to 2 tbsp (To Taste)
Whole Red Chili: 12
Whole Garlic Cloves: 10
Ginger: 50 Gm
Whole White Cumin: 2 Tbsp
Whole Black Cumin: 1 Tbsp
Whole Coriander Seed: 2 Tbsp
Whole Black Pepper: 1 Tbsp
Cloves: 12
Black Cardamom: 10
Cinnamon Stick: 2 of 1″
Green Cardamom: 12
Jyfal powder: 1/4 tbsp
Javetri Powder: 1/4 Tbsp
Cilantro (Fresh Coriander leaves): 1/2 bunch
Green Chili: 8
PROCEDURE:
Wash Chane ki daal very well, then add daal , Qeemah and all crushed (Not Ground) whole spices, ground spices, Chopped ginger, Whole garlic cloves without skin and sliced whole red chili in a cooking pot. Add 2 glass of water bring it to boil, then reduce flame to 1/3, cover the pot with a lid, and cook until 30 to 45 minutes until the Qeemah and chane ki daal tender 85%. if you see any water left in the pot, reduce it to 2% on high flame, mean while light brown the sliced onion in oil and add brown onion and oil to daal and qeemah. Mix it on high flame for 2 to three minutes. Now the special recipe of Qeemah and chane ki daal is ready. garnish it with thin sliced green chili, finely sliced ginger and chopped cilantro. Enjoy with fresh Naan or fresh Chapati.
