Green Chili: Sliced: 2 Tbsp
Mint leaves: 2 Tbsp Chopped
Green Coriander: 1/3 bunch (Chopped)
Ginger: 2 Tbsp Finely chopped
Ginger Paste: 1 Tbsp
Garlic Paste: 1 Tbsp
Curry Leaves: 12
Oil: 1/2 Cup
Yogurt: 1/2 Cup battered + little water.
Tamarind (IMLI) water: 1 to 2 Tbsp
Mustard Seed: 1 Tea Spoon
Kalongi (Nigella): 1 Tbsp
Salt: 3/4 Tbsp or to taste.
Red Chili powder: 1 Tbsp or to taste
Red Crushed Chili: 1 Tbsp
Turmeric: 1 Tea Spoon
Basic Garam Masalh: 1 Tbsp
Rosted Crushed Cumin: 1 Tbsp
