Jyfal (Nutmeg) Powder: 1/2 Tea Spoon
Javetri (Mace) Powder: 1/2 Tea Spoon
Basic Garam Masalah ground: 1 Tbsp
Cumin : 1 Tsp
Black Pepper whole: 1 Tsp
Cloves: 10
Black Cardamom: 4
Green Cardamom: 20
Cinnamon Stick( OPTIONAL): 2 of 2″

Salam mai shadi walay qormay kaa shaidai. Hoon ( Karachi ka danay wala qorma) bauhaut si recipies try keen kamyaab naa hosaka , khaanay pakanay kaa shouq bhi hay pakana samajhta bhi hoon Sabir kuch paka laita hoon , loge taareef bhi kartay hain ( qormay ki bhi ) magar ab tak Khud satisfy nahi hova , please help

Bhai Saheb. Thanks for your excellent recipes. Please advise would it be better to fry the solid garam masalas, ginger and garlic in the hot ghee and next add the mutton? Frying in hot ghee can extract the masala flavors. Also have you tried adding a little kasoori methi?

kal apka karim type korma try kiya, pichhli dafe, mughlai korma banaaya thaa. Ab dono recipes ke ingredients lagbhag same he hain, tau taste mein zyada fark bhi nahin, aap ki nazar mein dono ke taste mein kyaa fark hai?
