PECIPE CARD: STEP 1: Mutton: 1.5 Kg with bones and fat, Onion 200 gm sliced, Tomatoes: 3 medium SLICED, Green chili small: 8 whole, Peeled Garlic Cloves: 8, SPICES: Salt: 1.5 Tbsp, Red Chili Powder: 1.5 Tbsp,
Kashmiri Chili Powder: 1 Tbsp, Turmeric Powder: 1 Tsp,
Coriander Powder: 1 tbsp, Garlic Powder: 1 tbsp, Ginger Powder: 1 Tbsp, Onion Powder: 1 tbsp, Green Cardamom Powder: 1/4 Tsp, Javetri (Mace)Powder: 1/4 Tsp, Jyfal (Nutmeg) Powder: 1/4 tsp,
Ajwain (Carom) Powder: 1/4 Tsp, Sada Garam Masala Powder: 1 Tbsp
SADA GARAM MASALA: 1 Tbsp { Cumin Seeds: 3 tbsp, Black Pepper: 1 Tbsp, Cloves: 1 Tsp, Black Cardamom: 4, Green cardamom: 12, Cinnamon stick 3 of 1″, Grind very fine all spices then use 1 Tbsp for this recipe}
