Brsan (Gram Flour): 300 gm
Hara Dhaniya(Cilantro): 1 bunch Copped
Chopped Green pepper: 100 gm
Chopped Yellow Onion: 100 gm
Chooped Potato: 50 gm
Kadwa Tel (Raw Mustard Oil): 2 Tbsp to mix with Besan
Salt: 1 tbsp or to taste
Red chili powder: 1.5 tbsp
Crushed Red pepper: 2 tbsp
Carom Seed: 1 Tea Spoon
Whole cumin: 1.5 tbsp
Crushed Coriander: 1.5 tbsp
Qasoori Methi: 3 tbsp
Cooking Oil to fry
Raw Mustard oil: 2 tbsp to mix with Cooking oil to fry.
