INGREDIENTS:
Mutton: 2 Kg, PUTH kaa, with bones.
Yellow Onion: 900 Gm, Sliced
Tomato: 500 Gm, Thin Sliced
Yogurt: 1 cup
Oil: 1 Cup
Thin Chopped: Ginger: 3 Tbsp
Thin Chopped Garlic: 3 Tbsp
Hot green Chili: 1 Cup Sliced
Cilantro (Hara Dhanya): 1 Bunch Chopped
Salt: 2 Tbsp or to taste
Mace( Javetri) ground: 1/4 tbsp
Red Chili Whole (HOT): 20 (If not hot then add 1 tbsp hot chili powder also)
Roasted Cumin: 1 tbsp
Kala Zeera: 1/2 tbsp
Black Cardamom: 5
Cloves: 10
Black Pepper Whole: 1/2 Tbsp
Crushed Coriander: 1/2 tbsp
bay leave: 4
Cinnamon stick: 3 of 2″
Badian (Star Anise): 4 crushed

Garnishing:
Cilantro Chopped
Thin Sliced: Ginger
Thin sliced Small green chili
