Red Chili Powder: 3/4 Tea spoon Leveled or to Taste.
Turmeric powder: 1 Tea spoon full
Qasoori Methi: 1 Tbsp full
Oil: 1/2 cup
For Baghar/Tadka:
Peeled garlic: 8 (Sliced)
Red chili whole: 3
Whole cumin: 1 Tea spoon
