Heavy Cream 1\2 cups
Yogurt: 1 cup
Oil: 2 Tbsp
Salt: 1/2 Tbsp or to taste
Meat Tenderizer: 1 Tbsp or Kachcha Papita paste: 2 Tbsp
Black Pepper Powder: 1 TSP
White Pepper Powder: 1TSP
Crushed green chili: 1 Tbsp Full
Cilantro Fine Crushed: 1/4 cups
Onion Oaste: 1 Tbsp
Ginger Paste: 1 Tbsp
Garlic Paste: 1 Tbsp

    If we put the oil 1st in meritnation doesn't it restrict the spices to penetrate in the meat/poultry.
