Salt: 1 Tbsp or to taste, Red Chili Powder: 1 tbsp or to taste, Turmeric powder: 1/2 Tbsp, Coriander powder: 1 Tbsp, Garam Masala powder: 1 tbsp, Black pepper powder: 1 Tsp, Qasoori Methi: 1 tsp, Baking powder for Dum: 2 pinches
