Use all masala for 1 kg meat and 1/2 kg Potatoe Biryani
RECIPE CARD: Mutton: 1 Kg, Potatoes: 1/2 Kg, Fice 0.8 kg to 1 Kg,

STEP 2: Ginger paste: 3 Tbsp, Garlic Paste: 3 Tbsp, MeeTha Atar: 5 Drops, Milk: 1 Cup, Yogurt: 1 Cup. Water: 1.5 Glasses. Biryani Masala ( See Biryani Masala making above) Lemon Juice: 2 tbsp, Khoya: 4 tbsp, Milk: 1 Cup
BOILING RICE: Soaked Rice: 800 gm to 1 kg, Salt; 5 tbsp, Cloves: 15, Cinnamon Stick: 4 of 1 Inch, Lot of water TEH LAGANA: on the top of first layer of rice: KHOYA: 1/2 Cups, Saafron 2 Pinch in 1 cup milk. On the top of final layer of rice, Kewda water: 4 tbsp, Rose Water: 4 tbsp, Saffron: 2 pinch
GHEE: pour 1 cup of desi ghee after dum when open the lid on top entire surface.
