INGREDIENTS: Ricotta Cheese: 1 Kg, Oil: 1Tbsp+1Tbsp+1Tbsp
PROCEDURE: In a 100% not stick cooking pan add 1 Tbsp of Oil heat it and spread all the way. Then turn the heat off. after 1 minute putt all Ricotta Cheese to that pan. Turn the flame on to full and well mix by a wooden or plastic spoon until all cheese gets melted. Reduce flame to 1/2 and “Khoob Ghtain” from 20 to 30 minutes until all water in the cheese evaporates. Add 1 more tbsp oil after 10 minutes and then another after 18 minutes. When Cheese gets to totally dried and gets brittle. Khoya is ready.
